Return Policy:
We hope all of our customers are 100% satisfied. We have
a 30-day return policy on items you are not satisfied
with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to
us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling
charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns.
Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to
copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned.
All returns must be in original condition and packaging
and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns
that have a smoke odor will not be refunded.
In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged
merchandise, please return the incorrect or damaged
items including a brief note describing the problem to
Abbi Mays and we will credit your account or send a
replacement.
Privacy Policy:
We keep all customer information confidential and do not
share any information with any outside parties under any
circumstances.
