Yum! Yum! Fried Rice!
This is really good:
FRIED RICE
4 C. minute rice cooked
3 medium onions
l lb. bacon
3 thick slices ham, cubed
4 stalks celery
1 1/2 green pepper, cut up
10 oz. soy sauce
3/4 C. brown sugar
cook rice and cool. Cook bacon. Add ham to bacon and cook. Add green peppers, onions, and celery and cook 15 minutes. Add brown sugar and soy sauce, simmer 5 minutes. Add to rice. Makes a very big bowl.

I never thought to add br sugar to my fried rice….I may try that next time. I know I would love it!
