“As Seen In” Fabric Trends Spring 2008 - Little Kimonos

This quilt is found on pages 92 -95 in the spring 2008 Fabric Trends for Quilters magazine. Finished size: 50 1/2 x 63 1/2, 12 blocks - size 12″ square. The quilt is designed by Jason Yenter for In The Beginning Fabrics.

Little Kimonos combines artistic and cultural Japanese memories with traditional American quiltmaking.  Each kimono showcases one of the new fabrics SHIKI from In The Beginning Fabrics designed by fiber artist and painter Kumiko Sudo.
