First, some lovely photos of our winter wonderland found out my back door, in western Michigan. I cannot tell you how much I love all of the seasons - but, winter holds a near and dear place to my heart. It’s the pureness of it, I think. And then my dogs go out and run and jump and make little doggie footprints all over the pristine, sparkly beauty! Ah yes, perfection never lasts — but, it sure is fun to enjoy while it’s here!
I have had my Grandson all night. He’s a blast, but I’m always ready for a deep breath when I send one of our grandchildren home. It’s important for me to spend time with my children, and each grandchild, too. One-on-one and together. These are precious memories for me, and I cherish them. And this Grandson is so easy to please — we had a “Harry Potter” movie marathon complete with popcorn and candy!Â
